I seem to have been always singing this song but actually it's only about 20 years. Inspired by many years of amazing groups run by Robin Hensman - practising self-study and attitude awareness, in Gatley. Don't knock it till you've tried it. Robin is a true psychological mountaineer, gifted in guiding people down from ledges, talking them up out of holes and encouraging them to cross rickety bridges over deep drops.
